9.23.07 - New featured clip: from Aug. '04, Elizabeth asks Bobbie for career advice, and Bobbie talks about the rewards of being a nurse.
The rape reveal storyline is updated through March 20th. There was one Bobbie/Luke scene during this time that I chose not to include in the storyline series, but it's too good not to have, so it's posted on Bobbie's clip page. It's dated 3/10/98, and includes Bobbie telling Luke about Michael's kidnapping and remembering BJ.
9.14.07 - Added a new "Lost" video, "The Act of Seeing..." on the television vid page.
9.10.07 - Just a few things for today. I added a couple of new early Elizabeth, including her first meeting with Nikolas (expanded from what was previously there) and Stefan. And I've added March 2nd - 9th to the Reveal storyline.
Finally, I want to request that you not use my tagboard to ask me when I'm going to have new clips up. Annoyance aside, there's no way I could give an honest answer, as I can only work on them when I have free time, and that varies from day to day. Also, as is stated in my welcome statement (in other words: look up!), I do not take clip requests. I simply don't have the time. You are welcome to take any and all requests to the forum, where there are many helpful and generous members who might be able to help you out.
8.26.07 - Monster update. First things first: I've added a new video on my recommendations page: smirks' Luke and Laura vid, "Life in Slow Motion". This vid has been around for a while, and was a winner at this years' Capture This GH Mvid Awards. But just in case there were any Spencer family fans who hadn't seen it, I wanted to pimp the hell out of it. :)
Next, in honor of Becky Herbst/Elizabeth's ten year anniversary on GH, I've added a few early Lucky and Elizabeth scenes from 1997, including Elizabeth's premiere. I hope to continue to add such early scenes for the rest of the year.
And finally, the big one, I've started on the 1998 Spencer Family/Lucky and Elizabeth rape/reveal storyline. So far, I've added clips for the month of February. The storyline is linked through the LL2 (V1), Spencer family and Bobbie Spencer clip pages.
As always, if you find a broken link or a corrupted clip file, please let me know as soon as possible so I can fix it.
8.12.07 - Well, it took a fair bit more than a few days, but I finally have new features. The featured video is by Lauren, aka unknownsomeone: "My Life Changed", a very affecting Robin/Patrick AR.
The featured clip is part of a pair of 1995 Nurses Ball clips, the first part of which (Luke and Lucky's performance) now may be found on the Spencer family clip page. Featured here, instead, are the scenes that followed, with Lucky inside, and then Luke and Laura's argument outside on the steps.
7.17.07 - I have some updates for the Lucky and Elizabeth clips section. I've filled in the missing days for August '06, and have added all the clips for September and October '06. I hope to have the new features (vid and clip) ready in a few days.

6.16.07 - The clips extra page has been updated to included clips from the 2007 Daytime Emmy Awards, most importantly...GENIE FRANCIS WINS!!!!
Secondly, my vidding awards site, No Frontiers, is currently holding its anniversary round. There will be new and special categories awarded for this round, and this will include (provided there are enough entries for such) a 'Best Daytime' award. I know I have vidding visiters out there. I'd love to see what you've got!
Thirdly, I know I've been somewhat remiss in upkeep around here lately, but I'm hoping that things will be settling down on my end very soon, so I'll be able to update on a more regular basis.

The new featured clip is one of my favorites: the naming of Lesley Lu Spencer. Genie is simply wonderful, warm and maternal, and Lucky pulls out one of, if not my single favorite Lucky line ever. :)

2.13.07 - Lots of goodies today. In honor of the impending holiday, I added a page for Lucky and Elizabeth's Valentine's Day 1999, from seeing the poster for the high school dance and dress shopping through arriving at the PC Hotel with Nikolas and Emily. I also added a few bonus Valentine's Day 2000 clips, one with Liz and Laura and one of Liz going to the church to say her vows again.
Keeping with the February trend, there are three new clips on Lucky (JJ) and Elizabeth's regular page, featuring two of my favorite scenes: Liz sketching Lucky (Feb. 19th) and Lucky learning Liz's middle name (Feb. 25th).

2.5.07 - A couple of updates tonight. I added SoapNet's "Luke and Laura: A Love Story Revealed" special to a new page of miscellaneous non-show clips, as well as a few older talk show appearances (Tony Geary and Julie Marie Berman) and clips from the 2006 Daytime Emmys.
New features: Featured video is a short AR promo of the current hostage crisis with LuLu and Cruz, made by leobrat. The featured clips is Lucky (JJ) and Elizabeth's first meeting in August of 1997. The zip file contains two clips.

1.14.07 - Long time, no update. Let's blame it all on the great computer plague of '06. Many man hours wasted, two hard drives lost in the struggle and several computer technicians bitched at by a very dissatisfied customer.
Because of said plague, I'm having trouble assembling full series of clips of the Spencers during Genie's return, but I am working on replacing anything I may have lost or misplaced. For the time being, I've added what I have of Lucky and Elizabeth's scenes for Aug. '06.

I'm in the middle of a move, so I don't have a lot of time on my hands, but more importantly, I've stopped watching GH. I simply couldn't stomach it anymore. I'm still making clips for myself should I ever need/want them for vidding, but I haven't actually watched the show in about a month. I'm going to think about it during my moving down time, as well as a few things I might want to do/add to the site, and I'll let everyone know what I decide.

3.19.06 - Handful of updates for today...
First off, there are new featured entries: The clip is a very funny scene from last December, and features LuLu, with the aid of a dry-erase board, giving the lowdown on the Luke/Skye/Tracy situation. The new video, by LisaJ, aka Melissa, is called "Daughters", and features Robin, Patrick, Robert and Anna.
Also, all my past featured videos can now by found on the Recs page.
Next, there is a new video of my own on the GH Ensembles page, called "Hard Times", that deals with the end of the recent virus storyline.
And, or course, clips:
Lucky and Elizabeth scenes from Sept. 26th and Dec. 23rd, 2005 have been added here.
Clips involving LuLu's 1998 birthday party, and the scenes that followed it, are divided into three segments: family clips, Luke and Laura clips, and Lucky and Elizabeth clips.

tversky - I have some Luke and Laura before 1993, but only a few episodes like their wedding, and some random others. You can go to the NeverQuiet forums, however, as there have been several LL clips posted as the Clip of the Day. NQ requires (free) registration, which takes a while to be prosessed (basically, don't freak out if it doesn't work immediately), but it really is a wealth of resource and an embarrassment of riches.
And to all: Thanks to everyone who's left kind messages and feedback - it is always appreciated. I'll be working on a new layout, so clips may be a little scarce, but I do have several more days to add to LL2's Nov. 2005 page very soon.

2.12.06 - In light of Friday's show, I wanted to make some small tribute to Tony Jones/Brad Maule. I added a video covering the story point of Tony's death with a reflection on Bobbie and Tony's relationship to the misc. couples page.
And secondly, let me thank everyone for their prayers and kind words. Everyone on my end is safe, and now there's just a fair amount of healing to be done.
On the clip front, I have a batch of LL2v3 clips to upload in the next few days, so look out for those. As for clip requests, I'm still not taking anything but Lucky and Elizabeth (JJ or GV) requests. The rules (which I had forgotten to update last time, though I posted I had - my apologies there) have been changed to reflect this. So if you find your request being ignored, it's because you are ignoring me. Don't be surprised.
Lisa/Alexandra - I have the scenes after Lucky's arrest as a mistaken mugger when he visits Elizabeth at home. I'll try to get them added in the next few days.

I made a few changes to the rules, so please make sure to read them, but more importantly, I have to make serious changes about all requests. Because of recent medical issues in my family, my life has gotten more hectic, and for a while I will be unable to take most requests. I can still accept Lucky and Elizabeth requests, for either JJ or GV, because for the most part those clips are already made and easy to upload. Things like EndGame or JY clips, etc, are just taking too much time to track down, capture and edit, and this is time I don't have to spare. Many apologies, but my life and my family come first.

Re: Clip Requests. I'm still working on them, so if you don't see yours, keep checking back. I'm hoping to make another (much larger update) this weekend.

And finally, regarding Endgame clips: I have no plans to clip that storyline right now. If you have a specific clip you'd like to see, I can try to find it, but I hated the whole thing so much that I don't fancy spending too much of my time, energy or bandwidth on it.

1.27.06 - A few random additions, requests and some comments.
First, there's something new on the LOTR page, an Eowyn character vid called "Silence".
Next up, two clip requests: I added a few scenes from the beginning of Nov. 2005 to the Lucky and Elizabeth cilps, from when the trains collide and the tunnel collapses, forcing Elizabeth to dig her new husband out of the rubble.
Next, I've clipped some scenes from the end of the Endgame storyline. When I have more time, I will be opening a new clip section for Spencer/Cassadine clips, but for now you can find them here.
Finally, I just wanted to say a few things about clip requests in general. First, let me make it clear that I'm more than happy to take requests, and I love that you guys are making them, honestly. It lets me know people are enjoying the site and that I'm not just wasting my time. But I do ask that you try to keep a few things in mind when making requests.
1.19.06 - Only one addition today, but it's been requested by several people and I finally found it!! Two clips of Lucky talking with Kevin after learning he couldn't be a donor for his sister are up on the Spencer Family page.
1.13.06 - Big clip update. I've added a page for clips for Lucky/Luke and Co. for 2005's Coma Storyline, covering Luke's arrival at the hospital through Lucky waking up.
I've also added a handful of new LiRic clips, going through 2005 until March 1st, and a selection of clips from March, 2004 (including, by request, Lucky watching LiRic @ Kellys). There is one new clip for LL2: Feb. 28th, 2005.
New Featured Clip from Jan. 2000: Luke's powerful "Ask me..." speech to Roy after hearing from Faison that Lucky is still alive.

I don't have much to update, because I've been working on the move, but I did add a few new clips for LL2 and LiRic for 2004-5, including most of LL2's scenes for January, 2005.
My new featured video is a fantastic look at the Quartermaine family, called "On Being Quartermaine" by smirks, aka Leigh.
The new featured clip is divided into two parts in the zip folder and includes Luke telling Lucky that Carly is Bobbie's daughter.

There are also a few new additions to the wedding clips section, including Nikolas and Emily, LL2's second attempted wedding and eleven clips from Luke and Laura's wedding.

Right now, it's only safe to make Lucky (GV) and Elizabeth requests, as I'm pretty sure I have all of their scenes. And please, when you're requesting, include the date whenever possible. It just makes it that much easier for me to find your clip.

The only other thing I can think of to do is make sure the file is downloaded completely (should be 15.1 mbs), and then before you try to open it, rename the file something completely different. For some reason I've never been able to fully understand, that helps occasionally.

First off, there are new featured entries: The clip is a very funny scene from last December, and features LuLu, with the aid of a dry-erase board, giving the lowdown on the Luke/Skye/Tracy situation. The new video, by LisaJ, aka Melissa, is called "Daughters", and features Robin, Patrick, Robert and Anna.

tversky - I have some Luke and Laura before 1993, but only a few episodes like their wedding, and some random others. You can go to the NeverQuiet forums, however, as there have been several LL clips posted as the Clip of the Day. NQ requires (free) registration, which takes a while to be prosessed (basically, don't freak out if it doesn't work immediately), but it really is a wealth of resource and an embarrassment of riches.
And to all: Thanks to everyone who's left kind messages and feedback - it is always appreciated. I'll be working on a new layout, so clips may be a little scarce, but I do have several more days to add to LL2's Nov. 2005 page very soon.

2.20.06 - One clip request and one new video.
First, I added the Lucky and Emily and Musketeer Pizza Dinner scenes from April 5, 1999 to the Lucky and Elizabeth (v1) page.
And secondly, there's a new video on the Lucky and Elizabeth page. It's called "Complete", and it includes both JJ and GV as Lucky, and looks at the recovery of their relationship in 2005.

2.12.06 - In light of Friday's show, I wanted to make some small tribute to Tony Jones/Brad Maule. I added a video covering the story point of Tony's death with a reflection on Bobbie and Tony's relationship to the misc. couples page.
And secondly, let me thank everyone for their prayers and kind words. Everyone on my end is safe, and now there's just a fair amount of healing to be done.
On the clip front, I have a batch of LL2v3 clips to upload in the next few days, so look out for those. As for clip requests, I'm still not taking anything but Lucky and Elizabeth (JJ or GV) requests. The rules (which I had forgotten to update last time, though I posted I had - my apologies there) have been changed to reflect this. So if you find your request being ignored, it's because you are ignoring me. Don't be surprised.
Lisa/Alexandra - I have the scenes after Lucky's arrest as a mistaken mugger when he visits Elizabeth at home. I'll try to get them added in the next few days.
2.9.06 - Before I get to the clip requests, I have to make a change to the request system. I made a few changes to the rules, so please make sure to read them, but more importantly, I have to make serious changes about all requests. Because of recent medical issues in my family, my life has gotten more hectic, and for a while I will be unable to take most requests. I can still accept Lucky and Elizabeth requests, for either JJ or GV, because for the most part those clips are already made and easy to upload. Things like EndGame or JY clips, etc, are just taking too much time to track down, capture and edit, and this is time I don't have to spare. Many apologies, but my life and my family come first.

And finally, regarding Endgame clips: I have no plans to clip that storyline right now. If you have a specific clip you'd like to see, I can try to find it, but I hated the whole thing so much that I don't fancy spending too much of my time, energy or bandwidth on it.

1.27.06 - A few random additions, requests and some comments.
First, there's something new on the LOTR page, an Eowyn character vid called "Silence".
Next up, two clip requests: I added a few scenes from the beginning of Nov. 2005 to the Lucky and Elizabeth cilps, from when the trains collide and the tunnel collapses, forcing Elizabeth to dig her new husband out of the rubble.
Next, I've clipped some scenes from the end of the Endgame storyline. When I have more time, I will be opening a new clip section for Spencer/Cassadine clips, but for now you can find them here.
Finally, I just wanted to say a few things about clip requests in general. First, let me make it clear that I'm more than happy to take requests, and I love that you guys are making them, honestly. It lets me know people are enjoying the site and that I'm not just wasting my time. But I do ask that you try to keep a few things in mind when making requests.
1. As
always, a polite request will be much more likely to get a response than the
"gimme, gimme, gimme" method.
2. Try and keep requests to one or two scenes at a time. I can't deal with an entire storyline at once, I just don't have that kind of time. I do have something that resembles a plan in mind for my Spencer clips, and in the long run I want to have at least some clips representing all the major Spencer-related storylines since 1993. I just need to go with my own plan and at my own pace. Individual scene requests are much easier for me to deal with.
3. Whenever possible, try and give me a date, or at least a month/year. You can browse through the archives at SoapCentral, which go back to 1996, if you're unsure.

1.19.06 - Only one addition today, but it's been requested by several people and I finally found it!! Two clips of Lucky talking with Kevin after learning he couldn't be a donor for his sister are up on the Spencer Family page.
1.13.06 - Big clip update. I've added a page for clips for Lucky/Luke and Co. for 2005's Coma Storyline, covering Luke's arrival at the hospital through Lucky waking up.

It just makes it that much easier for me to find your clip.
